Flow & Restore is a combination class, starting with a steady paced flow to build internal heat, followed by Yin, where students are guided through restorative yoga postures allowing the mind and body to unwind. This class helps students of all levels to unwind and find a balance of movement and stillness
Thursdays 9:30am — AM Flow level 1 & 2
This class brings focus to alignment, as foundation poses are taught in a supportive environment. You will move through traditional sun salutations, as well as balance and strengthening poses with lots of modifications that fit individual ranges of motion. Whether you are new to yoga or an advanced student come to learn, play, and develop a deeper sense of body awareness.
Saturdays 9:30am - 11:00am — Power Yoga/Vinyasa Intermediate level (beginners welcome!)
with Carmela Tabanera
Move with your breath as you build strength, flexibility, and concentration. Each class is unique and follows a sequence of poses designed to work your full body. You can always expect sun salutations and strength conditioning with breath work (pranayama), throwing in an inversion or two! If you are a beginner, this class will introduce you to new ways to strengthen your practice. If you are a seasoned practitioner, come share your energy with us as we build a community of strong, vinyasa-loving, coffee-sipping yogis!
Saturdays 11:30am -12:30pm - Rise + Restore (All Levels )
with Val Tiu
Rise + Restore is a series to ground and balance the body and mind. Guided by the principles of Hatha Yoga, we move in a gradual pace to awaken the body. By using breath and intention as an anchor, we find softness and stillness in movement. Shift slowly into restorative shapes to leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated.
