Our guided classes are uniquely curated by our instructors to release, relax, and reconnect with your body. Accessible for all levels, we are dedicated to improving physical health and well-being through the practice of meditation. Attend a variety of yoga classes taught by our passionate instructors that will assist in developing your practice. Enjoy your practice in our studio space and build strength in your body and mind.

 
 
 

OUR CLASSES

TUESDAY 6:00 pm + SUNDAY at 10:30 am 
PILATES & CORE STRENGTH
This class lengthens and strengthens! We’ll spend the entire time on the mat, working your deep core, hips and butt muscles. This pilates flow encourages a mind/body connection, with calming music and chill vibes… but you will work hard! Exercise bands and squishy balls provided.

SATURDAY 9:30am:
POWER YOGA
This class moves a lot faster than the other yoga classes, and will get you up and moving, breaking a sweat and building heat and energy in the body. With more momentum, you will train your body to achieve physical fitness and mental clarity.

 

WEDNESDAY at 5:30 pm: 

CALMING RESTORATIVE
Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. A reset for the nervous system, this class is appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.


 

OUR INSTRUCTORS

Anna Cyzon

A singer, songwriter, actress and performer; Anna discovered the Ashtanga yoga method over a decade ago at Downward Dog Yoga (oldest yoga studio in Toronto). In dealing with the pressures of being in the entertainment industry, as well as her own struggles and what the ideal female body image should look like, she found herself most at peace on her mat.

“There is no noise around, the internal chatter of not being enough was silenced by the sound of my inhales and exhales, and the beat of my heart. Breathe became the essence of life.”

Anna practises and teaches different types of yoga; her classroom is much like a stage, giving her all, to ensure you have an experience you’ll not just remember, but love!

Gina Phillips

Gina Louise Phillips is a Toronto fitness coach who loves helping people of all ages and stages move their bodies.

Pilates is what drew her to a career as a personal trainer, when she learned the power of training her deep core muscles.

Gina has additional certifications in nutrition, pre and post natal fitness, and training older adults. A longtime actor and TV host, she enjoys teaching big classes and brings energy and personality to the room. 

 

tanja begenisic

Tanja is a Certified Yoga, Meditation and Breath-work Facilitator and Energy Healer. Her journey of self-discovery led her to complete her Yoga teacher training in Costa Rica where her dream to help and heal others became a reality. Through her many endeavours, she discovered the healing powers of yoga; meditation, movement as medicine, awareness of breath, and oneself.

Tanja shares her light and wisdom with others through fulfilling and meaningful work; from managing multiple yoga studios, events, hosting retreats and workshops, she has created a life she loves & inspire others to do the same.

She realized that investigating the body is key to understanding the mind and heart. A determined explorer, she’s taken every opportunity to travel and experience the world and all it has to offer, and share this wisdom with you!
